The subway and grocery store nearby were so convenient! The breakfast served was a lifesaver. The Manhattan view from the balcony was breathtaking. Would DEFINITELY stay again! The sun terrace was better in person. Can't wait to go back!

It was conveniently close to the subway which made it easy for us to explore Manhattan. The friendly staff also stood out, going the extra mile to assist us during our visit.

Spacious rooms for 4 adults, huge restroom, great location near subways and shops. Front desk improvements needed but mostly friendly staff. Balcony rooms have construction views. Clean, comfortable, with fast WiFi. Traffic noise and early construction a downside, but overall a solid stay option.

However, the noise issue from a nearby construction site and check-in delays were disappointing. The staff's lack of follow-through on promises and poor understanding of hotel processes further impacted the guest experience. Despite these challenges, the friendly front desk staff, reliable internet when working, and convenient access to train stations provided some positives during the stay.

The room was cozy with a snug bed and lightning-fast WiFi - staff even gave our pup treats for National Dog Day! The hotel offered a sun terrace and lounge for unwinding. Just a heads up, there's ongoing construction nearby starting early, but rear-facing rooms can block out the noise. Despite that, would totally stay again! 🌆

Overall such great stay in this hotel for my next trip. This brand-new property offers lots of beautiful rooms. It has brilliant location for visiting Sculpturecenter.

Just stayed at a hotel close to the Long Island City riverside. the view of the mid-Manhattan skyline was breathtaking! DEFINITELY coming back, the breakfast was included.

I simply loved my stay at this hotel! the room was not just modern but also cozy, with a bed like a cloud. the location was superb, right next to a metro station for easy travel downtown in Manhattan. the staff went above and beyond, even giving my pet a special treat bag for National Dog Day, no extra fee for furry friends. the amenities were fantastic, there was a lovely lounge area and snack bar in the lobby for convenience, and the bed was so comfy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

One small thing that could be improved is the noise from the construction site nearby during weekdays, so requesting a rear-facing room might be a good idea. Other than that, my stay was truly wonderful!

The property was well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a convenient location next to the subway. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Our family had a fantastic time bonding over a game of billiards at the hotel. The Long Island City views were absolutely stunning, and we couldn't resist capturing the breathtaking skyline and sharing it on social media for all our friends to envy.

My wife says that a kids' play area would have been a great addition for families with children.

We had a fantastic stay at Aloft! the hotel offers free breakfast, beautiful views of Manhattan, and convenient access to the city via a nearby subway station. the modern facilities and great bar added to our overall experience. the in-room amenities, such as the coffee machine and high-quality toiletries, were a nice touch. the rooftop with its stunning view was accessible until late, which was perfect for our late flight. the housekeeping staff was cheerful and kind, and we even received a $5 voucher for the bar for participating in their eco-conscious program. the hotel's location near a market and espresso bar was very convenient for us. we were impressed with the friendly and polite staff, comfortable beds, and easy access to transportation.

A better teen hangout place in the hotel would have taken our party to the next level.
